Radical Support Makes Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America List

ATLANTA

Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Radical Support, an Atlanta IT Outsourcing company, ranks as the No. 1789fastest-growing private company in America. Radical Support also ranked 69th in Inc.'s list of the Top 100 Businesses in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, GA, Area and 19th overall in category of IT Services for the state of Georgia with three-year sales growth of 177.7% .

The Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2005, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies -- as of December 31, 2008. Revenue in 2005 must have been at least $200,000, and revenue in 2008 must have been at least $2 million. An awards ceremony to celebrate and congratulate those companies on the Inc. 5000 will be held from September twenty-third through the twenty-fifth in Washington, D.C.

"We are honored to be included in such a prestigious ranking," said Radical Support CEO John Carter. "We have the best IT team in the industry. We are grateful to all of our employees for their hard work and dedication and to our customers for their loyalty. We would not be where we are today without them."

"We are humbled by this ranking," said Radical Support COO John Mamon. "I attribute this recognition to our persistence and drive to get a little better every single day for our customers."

In 2002, Radical Support was formed to address the "value gap" inherent to the traditional hourly billing approach for computer support. This "radical" approach took on the Atlanta computer support industry status quo by offering a fixed-fee, unlimited support model. Radical Support shifts the burden of performance away from the customer and on to themselves as the service provider.

In 2007 Radical was named the 29th most progressive Managed Service Provider by MSPmentor.com and in 2008 founder John Carter was recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 25 Entrepreneurs by Catalyst Magazine.
