Elauwit finished at No. 744, with 2009 revenue of $9.7 million – a 411 percent increase from 2006 revenue. It is the 11th fastest-growing company in the Philadelphia market, and ranks as the No. 14 fastest-growing media company in the nation.

Last year, Elauwit was ranked 1,577.

"We're incredibly pleased and proud to have made the Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year," said Elauwit CEO Dan McDonough Jr. "During these historically difficult economic times, we have experienced sustained growth – advancing 833 spots on the Inc. 5000 list from 2009 to 2010. It's a testament to our employees' hard work and commitment to always deliver for our readers and advertisers."

The 2009 Elauwit figure includes revenue from Elauwit Networks, a telecommunications provider based in Columbia, S.C.

McDonough said the company hopes to "three-peat" and make the 2011 Inc. 5000 list.

"2010 has been another stellar year for us," McDonough said. "On the Media side, print revenue is far ahead of the 2009 pace, and our newly redesigned Web sites have seen spikes in both traffic and revenue.

"Our Networks division now serves residents in 16 states and just this month began delivering Internet and television services to nearly 10,000 residents at student housing in a dozen states.

"Elauwit is well positioned to continue its mission of partnering with consumers to provide content and technology for life."

Elauwit Media publishes the Sun and Telegram community newspapers in the South Jersey communities of Haddonfield, Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Marlton, Medford and Mt. Laurel. It also publishes five business monthlies in South Jersey, South Carolina and New York.
