BOSTON, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Martin Dawes Analytics (MDA), a global process analytic software and solutions provider, today announced that Inc. magazine has ranked the Company 2923 on its fourth annual Inc. 5000. Considered an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies, the list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy -- America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including MDA's company profile, can be found on www.inc.com/5000.
A recognized global process analytics software company, MDA focuses on maximizing cash and optimizing business processes. The Company has achieved record growth by delivering process analytic solutions such as revenue assurance, fraud management, customer experience analytics, service delivery analytics, and dealer commission analytics to the communications, media, and energy & utility markets. In delivering these solutions, MDA enables organizations to conduct rapid discovery, ad-hoc analytics, and persistent, automated controls from a single analytic environment.
"The leaders of the companies on this year's Inc. 5000 have figured out how to grow their businesses during the longest recession since the Great Depression," said Inc. president Bob LaPointe. "The 2010 Inc. 5000 showcases a particularly hardy group of entrepreneurs."
"Our customers directly link the ability to de-risk and optimize business processes to gaining and sustaining competitive advantage," said Drew Rockwell, CEO of MDA. "MDA is growing above the market due to the inherent characteristics of our technology which gives our customers the opportunity to rigorously analyze end-to-end processes using a highly visual, interactive methodology, which replaces traditional coding with a visual assembly of pre-built analytic nodes. Most importantly, our technology and solutions deliver an overwhelming business case in terms of bottom line gains and using process excellence to enhance the customer experience."
The 2010 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2006 to 2009. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by June 30, 2006. Additionally, they had to be based in the United States, privately held, for profit, and independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies -- as of December 31, 2009. Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired. The minimum revenue required for 2006 is $80,000; the minimum for 2009 is $2 million. The top 10 percent of companies on the list constitute the Inc. 500, now in its 29th year.
