COMSTOCK, Wis., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Blaser's Premium Cheese, the Wisconsin maker of all-natural specialty and artisanal cheeses, today announced that the company was named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list, a compendium of the most entrepreneurial and fastest growing companies in America. This is the company's fourth consecutive year appearing on the list.

Blaser's President and CEO Anthony Curella commented on the award, "Inc. Magazine is the authority on entrepreneurship, and is required reading for any growing enterprise. We are thrilled to have been named by Inc. Magazine as one of the nation's top entrepreneurial companies. Blaser's continues to differentiate ourselves as a leader in our industry by delivering an ever-expanding line of premium cheeses to customers around the globe."

Curella continued, "I thank Inc. Magazine for their ongoing commitment to entrepreneurship. I commend all of the companies on this year's list for their strong performance and growth, which is most impressive in today's challenging economic climate. And most of all, I thank all of our Blaser's employees and customers, who are the real keys to our success."

This year, Blaser's placed in the top third of the list at #1748, with an extraordinary three-year growth rate of 256%. The company is well placed for future growth —a prospect that excites Curella. "Companies like Blasers that deliver the fine products that consumers demand — at a more competitive price point than imported competitors — will have a dramatic growth story for years to come," he said.

The 2010 Inc. 5000 serves as a unique report card on the U.S. economy. The Inc. 5000 are responsible for creating more than 1 million jobs since their founding, making the list perhaps the best example of the impact private, fast-growing companies can have on the economy. Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found on Inc.com.

Blaser's will celebrate with fellow award winners at the Inc. 5000 conference in Washington, DC September 30-October 2, 2010.
