ImageSoft provides technology solutions to automate, streamline and improve workplace processes.  Despite the weakened economy, ImageSoft's business has remained strong, primarily because of its proven ability to help business, government, healthcare and educational institutions increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and save time and money.  "Given the nature of the product we offer, ImageSoft benefits from a downturn in the economy, because during tough times, organizations are even more keenly aware of the need to cut costs and to work more efficiently.  They increasingly look for technology solutions – like those ImageSoft provides – to help them work smarter and do more with less," said Scott Bade, ImageSoft president.

From offices in Southfield, Raleigh, N.C., and Portland, Ore., ImageSoft serves customers throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.  Its chief markets include government, the courts, healthcare, insurance companies, educational institutions, and manufacturers.  This year the company marks 15 years in business and has achieved continuous sales growth each year since its inception.

The Inc. 5000 posted aggregate revenue of $321.6 billion in 2009, up more than 50 percent from the previous year. The top five industries by total revenue are Business Products and Services ($84.7 billion), Health ($48.3 billion), Consumer Products & Services ($26.4 billion), Retail ($22.3 billion), and Government Services ($15.1 billion).

In addition to the Inc. 5000 list, this year ImageSoft was also named a Top Small Company Workplace by Inc. magazine and Winning Workplaces.  Since 2008, the company has also repeatedly been selected as one of Michigan's Economic Bright Spots and as one of Metropolitan Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.  In 2010, ImageSoft earned the prestigious Best Fit Integrator Award from the Center for Digital Government.
